Right of withdrawal

Taddoo is aimed at businesses. This notice applies only if you exceptionally conclude a contract with Tattoomii GmbH as a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Tattoomii GmbH, Badenerstrasse 541, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland, hello@taddoo.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Start during the period and early expiry

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a proportionate amount. It corresponds to the share of the services already provided up to your notification, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract. The right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

Note for businesses

If you use Taddoo in the course of your trade, business or profession, you have no right of withdrawal. The Terms apply, in particular the termination rules in section 12.
