Do I have to change my existing email address?
No. Taddoo needs no email connection: requests arrive as projects in the app through your page or the embedded form, and confirmations, reminders and receipts go out in your name. Your email address stays as it is.
Does Taddoo release unpaid appointments automatically like Tattoogenda?
Yes. Through the booking link the appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is paid; without payment the slot is free again after 15 minutes. If you enter an appointment yourself as reserved and send a deposit link, Taddoo cancels it automatically when nothing has been paid by the time the link expires (48 hours by default, up to 7 days) and sends you a push. Tattoogenda sends the client up to two payment reminders first; Taddoo sends you, the artist, a push if the deposit is still open after the time you set.
