How does the request form get into my Instagram bio?
You put the link of your Taddoo page, taddoo.com/@yourname, in your Instagram bio. The "Book a tattoo" button on that page leads into the form. You do not need a separate link; if you want, you can also share the form directly at taddoo.com/@yourname/anfrage.
What happens to a request?
It lands in the Taddoo app as a project right away, with a push notification. There you see all details and images, set price, duration and deposit and send the client the booking link with one tap or enter the appointment directly. How you contact the client is up to you: email, Instagram, WhatsApp or a call.
Is the request form the same as the booking link?
No, they are two steps. The request form collects the client's idea before price and duration are set. The booking link comes afterwards: you send it from the project, the client picks a free slot and pays the deposit. If you do not want to collect requests, you can also send the booking link directly via WhatsApp or Instagram.
Can I switch the form off and keep working via DM?
Yes. The form is a switch in the app. When it is off, the "Book a tattoo" button leads to your Instagram DMs. Flash, availability and waitlist on your page are not affected.
Does the request form cost extra?
No. It is part of the Taddoo app, with no surcharge and no commission on your revenue. Requests are free; payment fees only apply once a deposit is paid online.
