More about Booking linkYou stay in control.
A link in your bio does not mean clients book themselves into your calendar. By default everything arrives in the app as a request, and you decide what happens next.

FAQ
Common questions
What is a request form for tattoo artists?
A request form is a page where clients submit their tattoo idea in a structured way: design, body part, size, reference images, preferred day and contact. At Taddoo it sits behind the "Book a tattoo" button on your page taddoo.com/@yourname and replaces the request by Instagram DM.
How does the request form get into my Instagram bio?
You put the link of your Taddoo page, taddoo.com/@yourname, in your Instagram bio. The "Book a tattoo" button on that page leads into the form. You do not need a separate link; if you want, you can also share the form directly at taddoo.com/@yourname/anfrage.
What happens to a request?
It lands in the Taddoo app as a project right away, with a push notification. There you see all details and images, set price, duration and deposit and send the client the booking link with one tap or enter the appointment directly. How you contact the client is up to you: email, Instagram, WhatsApp or a call.
Is the request form the same as the booking link?
No, they are two steps. The request form collects the client's idea before price and duration are set. The booking link comes afterwards: you send it from the project, the client picks a free slot and pays the deposit. If you do not want to collect requests, you can also send the booking link directly via WhatsApp or Instagram.
Can I embed the tattoo request form in my own website?
Yes: in the app under Settings > Integrations > Embed on website you copy a short code and paste it into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Jimdo or Shopify. The form appears in your website's design, with image upload and in the client's language, without a Taddoo logo in App Pro. The difference to a contact form: no email you have to retype. Every request lands structured in the app, with idea, body part, size and reference images, with push, and you send the booking link from there in one tap.
Can I switch the form off and keep working via DM?
Yes. The form is a switch in the app. When it is off, the "Book a tattoo" button leads to your Instagram DMs. Flash, availability and waitlist on your page are not affected.
Does the request form cost extra?
No. It is part of the Taddoo app, with no surcharge and no commission on your revenue. Requests are free; payment fees only apply once a deposit is paid online.
Do clients book an appointment themselves with the request form?
No. A request is not an appointment. It lands as a project in the app, you review it, set price, duration and deposit and get back to the client on the channel you prefer: Instagram, WhatsApp, email or SMS. Only your booking link or your own entry turns it into an appointment.
