At the top your photo, name, location and Instagram, plus share and a QR code for the studio. Below it the big "Book a tattoo" button and your list: flash, availability, waitlist, text pages like booking info, aftercare and FAQ (as templates in your language), external links to your portfolio or shop, and a row of social icons. Reorder with arrows, switch each link on or off, clicks are counted per link.

The main button opens a choice: "Request a custom tattoo" leads to the request form, "Shop flash designs" to your available designs. If there is only one way, the button goes straight there. With the form switched off, the client lands in your Instagram DMs. You decide how clients reach you, without them noticing.

As soon as you publish your first flash, the "Flash" button appears on your page by itself. Behind it your grid: design, sizes with price and duration, free slots, deposit via Stripe. One-off designs are taken after booking, repeatable ones stay, and the appointment sits in your calendar with the design as reference.

Availability and guest spots, live from your calendar.
You do not maintain the "Availability" page, it reads your calendar: books open or closed with your note, free days as a month calendar, your guest spots within the booking window and your time off. If the client taps a free day, they land in the form with that day as preferred date. Every guest spot has its own waitlist button.

Waitlists for locations and for ideas.
Your home studio and every guest location have their own waitlist. On top you create custom lists, say "NYC" or "2027", to collect interest before the guest spot is even booked; later you link the list to the location and every entry moves along. Clients sign up with the details you require, optionally with design and reference images. Every entry is a project in the app: push, contact with one tap, booking link straight from it.
