Common questions
What is the difference between App and App Pro?
None in the features. The difference is the fees when you take payments through Taddoo: in the App, each deposit or Tap to Pay payment carries a small fee, which your client covers as a surcharge by default. In App Pro there is no Taddoo fee, only the pure Stripe fees remain. Pro pays off as soon as you take in a lot through Taddoo.
Which fees apply to payments?
In the App: 4.9% + 0.50 on booking links and 2.4% + 0.30 on Tap to Pay, covered by your client as a small surcharge by default, switchable to you. In App Pro only Stripe: 2.9% + 0.30 on links and 1.4% + 0.20 on Tap to Pay. Calendar, clients, receipts and consent never cost extra.
Can I cancel or switch anytime?
Yes, right in your account, no call and no notice period. Monthly plans end with the paid month, yearly plans with the paid year. You switch between App and App Pro anytime, your data stays.
How does the free trial work?
You try every feature for 14 days. You are only charged afterwards, and only if you stay. Cancel in your account before that and you pay nothing.
Which currency do I pay in?
In your local currency; the prices on this page are already shown in it. In Switzerland, the euro area, the UK and the US the amounts are nominally the same; some countries have adjusted regional prices.
